As the worm turns (what a name for a soap opera), roots are given ready-made routes to follow.”

Potting Soil

The Natural Way Plant Products Ltd. "Natures' Own Potting Soil." A special blend of worm castings, perlite, vermiculite, original formula and peat moss.

The right soil is important to your plants.

All plants need many things to survive, light, water, soil and nutrients. For these reasons our Potting Soil contains no added soil. The only soil, is soil that comes from our worm castings (not sterilized as this would kill most of our microbial life) the real source for plant food. Our potting soil contains a mixture of Vermiculite, a mineral that expands to many times its volume when heated, and Perlite, a volcanic glass. Perlite and Vermiculite are added to increase air circulation within the potting soil. Peat moss is used because it has the ability to retain water and still allow oxygen to get to plant roots. All of these, together with our Worm Castings we think and our customers confirm this gives us a (we think) superior Potting Soil.

Our Potting Soil can be used by itself or mixed with regular soil, sand, gravel or whatever special needs your plants require. By the way, we also do special formula mixes as ordered by our customers.
